I’m going to win it again this year although instead of my standard beef chili I’m going to make a Colorado green chili (Chile verde for those that don’t know that’s the real name) but I think I will bring a desert this time as well and I will call it the “Utah Crumble”. I’m thinking of either using cranberries or apples which I believe are both fairly big crops in Oregon. I’ll do some research on that and then decide.
