I saw somewhere that of the 7 longest tenured coaches, only Garrett hasn’t won a Super Bowl

So pretty much as an NFL coach you either win championships or get fired. It appears NFL defenses are starting to figure McVay out. It’s way to early to give up on him, but the Rams haven’t come close to their potential this season, and that’s on the coaches.
