no.. cars are a nationality thing.. Red... Italian primarily Ferraris and Alfas
Lambos can be any color.... German Cars ought to be silver or White... French..blue... bugattis HAVE to be blue (check the Slumpf collection in Mulhouse) british... gotta be green... but these rules only really hold for vintage vehicles....
