used MayanXpress.com (they are also on Facebook). They are based in Utah and personally deliver packages about 4 times per year. There are a couple of other services that are similar like CTR Mission Shipping and Mission: On the Fly but I can't vouch for them as we haven't used them. MayanXpress has been great to work with. We don't live in Utah so we send them the package and they take Venmo payments which makes it really easy.
