The Highest of Highs and The Lowest of Lows
And I would imagine many people would fit into this.
Highest of Highs: Married my wife. The births of 3 children. Getting sealed in the temple. Building a house.
Lowest of Lows: My Mom Died. My Dad Died. My Father in Law Died. My little brother committing suicide last year. I still haven't recovered from that. It was by far the most shocking and tough moment in my life.
