Galvanized chain link fence top rail. Comes about 20 feet long.
Used it for a tree house fireman pole. Worked great.

Any local steel and pipe supply house will have pipe in 20ft lengths

If you're worried about strength, you can always fill whatever pipe you choose with concrete. That will also stop

Anywhere metal touches the ground you're at risk of corrosion. I know that concrete filled columns are used in both
