like that to come in and develop and then earn good spots. It will show we can develop coaches. Obviously it's preferable to hang on for more than a year, but career progression is still a good thing. I don't want BYU to be a place where coaches come to settle down because they don't want to go anywhere and progress their career. This isn't the industry for those folk and we've hired too many in the past.
Perfect type of stepping stone. And people need to realize that virtually everyone is some sort of stepping stone. FCS schools are and so is Bama. Just in different ways. I want BYU to grab position coach after position coach who leaves for P5 position coach spots, or G5 OC, or even better. I want OC's who leave for better. I want hungry guys looking to move up.
