Whether they favor or hurt BYU is irrelevant really. They are consistently inconsistent and way to often take total control of the game. You watch the big name teams on the east coast play and they play much more aggressive defense with fewer foul calls and a much better flow to the game. None of this ticky tack nonsense all game long. They do BYU a great disservice in preparation for postseason play.
