This year he was 320. 305-310 in the right way would probably do wonders for him. 6'4 310 with more muscle and less fat (one weighs more than the other, making weight alone a meaningless number) would be pretty awesome and versatile as far as having a future as any type of interior DL. Weight doesn't mean much though. Both of Utah's inside guys are surprisingly 320. They seem to hold it well. On the outside, Bradlee Anae is 6'3 265 and hardly looks it. But Tafua is 6'3 and probably not even 5 lbs heavier and he looks chunky and slow.
