He’s not a good enough ball handler to take guys off the dribble, he’s not athletic enough to blow past anyone. The ball tends to stop in his hands while the rest of the backcourt is passing it around in their weave action. It allows defenses to reset, and you just can’t afford to do that against Gonzaga, any sliver of an off balance defense must be attacked immediately.
