tell them how big your house is, how long you have lived there, etc. and they tell you okay, we think you will need x number of guys for x number of hours and it will cost $.... They showed up with their own truck, packed it intelligently (moved everything outside and then loaded things based on size/shape), and then unloaded it exactly where we wanted. This included a piano. Very professional and efficient. Cost about $450, got I think five guys, plus the truck and truck driver, for 2.5 hours. Plus I tipped them each $20 as I was impressed with their work. Would use them again. Best move I have ever done.
