Fitness Friday - I've calculated my BMR. Now what? I looked at some TDEE charts
and they don't ask for BMR. Height/weight/body fat/activity levels. But not BMR.

Do I need to know my BMR? or just TDEE?

I'm only interested in weight loss. Basically, i want to eat as much as possible while still losing a little weight, or at least staying neutral.
