I liked most of the resolution, but the last scene made no sense. So people were in other dimensions just standing near a portal waiting to enter? And what happened to the rule about not being able to enter another dimension if your doppelganger is still alive there? Wouldn't half those people have died as soon as they crossed over? If they had ended it with the portal being closed and some hope for that reality with the war ending, etc., that would have been better. Could have used a few more episodes to flesh that out a little more.
