What's the investment beyond what BYU is already doing?

- Marriott Center is already a great facility (maybe a few locker room updates?)
- The basketball annex is new and nice place as well. I don't see any big needs there.

So what more is needed?
- More money for the head coach and assistants?
- Small upgrades like technology, equipment, recruiting budget, etc..

So in the end should that be a few million above what they are spending now per year? In reality, that isn't a huge, unobtainable number if BYU wanted to try and take it to the next level.
