1: At this point I would start looking at stub hub and other 3rd party sites. I think the Orleans sells same day tickets, but they are limited and zag fans show up at the crack of dawn to stand in line.
2: You will see some fans selling tickets after their team loses but the Orleans has really cracked down on scalpers. They are still around but not nearly as much.
3. The benches are behind section 103 and 105. And the band/ cheerleaders sit on whatever end of the court BYU is on.
4. There really isn't a bad seat in the Orleans. It’s pretty much all lower bowl. The only exception is sections 7,8,9 and there might be a 10. Those are directly behind the hoop, hard plastic seats, with very little leg room. I sat there one year and it wasn’t that great.
