Mine.... old driver from ‘insert state from Midwest’ license plate

Stopped at traffic light that is GREEN with left turn blinker on waiting for on coming traffic to clear so he/she can turn left.... only problem is they don’t recognize/know that adjacent to them is the LEFT TURNING LANE. Smh. Almost caused a three car pile up.

We see this ALL the time in Mesa, Midwest folk have no no concept of turning lanes
