A couple years ago a random basketball showed up at my house. I have kids who all play sports so it is not unusual when they go somewhere that they forget some of their own sporting equipment or bring someone else's home.

This ball had a name written on it but no number. I wanted to get the ball back to it's owner so I asked my kids if they knew him. None did. I asked my kids friends if the knew who it was. They didn't either, so the ball joined the collection in the garage hoping one day it would return to it's rightful owner.

We had the ball so long that my kids refer to it as the name written on it's side. A name I'd never heard until I opened that link to 6A all state. Stone Hutchings...congrats on getting first team all state...I have your ball.

Strange thing is we don't live even in neighboring cities.
