RE: Happy Fitness Friday! Wife and I tried the koala challenge today. That's
1. 5x8 Split squats with 70# KB front rack
2. 10x3 freestanding handstand push-ups
3. 5x1 press handstand, down to straddle l-sit, hold l-sit for :15
4. 10 rounds EMOM of 15 double unders, 15 air squats

These home workouts have been good for working on gymnastics stuff
