Not according to the mayor of SLC. Fines up to $1000. Class B Misdemeanor
Governor Herberts “Stay at Home” policy is a guideline for the entire state and he’s asking for voluntary compliance. The SLC mayor added on top of that a force of law directive that is now punishable by law for violators, specific to Salt Lake County.
