I actually have the pop over trays but you can make smaller ones in cupcake tins. Soo good with gravy and roast beef.

I grew up in Canada and parents made yoirkshire pudding all the time. My dad made it from scratch just eyeballing ingredients but this recipe is as close to authentic as it gets.
