You will get whatever is available in the country you are in.

BYUtv.org-Many of the non BYUtv movies they show are only shown in the USA. If you are out of country you will see a devotional or church movie instead of the movies they are showing. For instance they have purchased the rights to show some movies in the USA but not overseas. In April you won't be able to watch The Rocketeer, The Rookie, and The Moon-spinners on the BYUtv Friday Night Movie Show.

HULU-In Mexico you will get nothing. You won't even be able to log on. I don't know about other countries.

NETFLIX-You will get a lot of shows anywhere you are, but they won't all be the same as in the USA. In fact, I pay for Mexican Netflix even though I have been in the USA for about a year. I get the regular USA Netflix even though my account is out of Mexico, and I only pay about half.
