2. Endpoints aren't well defined and it's unclear if this is a post hoc analysis. Maybe these are their primary Endpoints but I doubt it.
3. More likely the primary outcome was length of hospital stay and they failed to show a significant improvement so are presenting secondary Endpoints or even post hoc analysis.
4. No statistical analysis. This is very odd. The test required if these are predetermined endpoints is very simple. This makes me very suspicious this is a post hoc analysis.
5. I don't trust Chinese sources for randomized trials even in the best of times.
Some good things about the study findings if true.
The positive findings occurred early (2-3 days). If that's real we'll see that next week in the early interim analysis of the large European studies as those are secondary Endpoints in those studies.
There's more to say but 1, 2, and 3 above are the most important problems.
