Better to have too many vents than be looking around like idiots in a few months

Wondering why we didn't see the obvious coming. Frankly, we should have been doing this two months ago. It was obvious enough then that this was a serious risk of blowing up. Even on a 10% chance, we should have been doubling down on manufacturing medical equipment.
