I absolutely love mine. Three things are really important: 1. price is really important
because you have to pay for it.

2. powered vs. handcranked. I prefer powered because it is way easier. But if this pandemic gets really bad, a hand crank one could be really useful. Or a gas powered one if you can find one (mine is gas powered).

3. The size. A bigger one makes more pasta and a smaller one makes less.

4. the engine size. Mine is a Husqvarna 455 rancher. It really gets the job done because it has a 55cc engine (gas) and I use a 20 or 24 inch blade. That is fine for pasta of almost any size. But you can find a Stihl ms 170 that is pretty great too.

E. Appearance. I prefer a good looking pasta maker over a bad looking one.
