I've applied for several the last few years. Probably 6-8 a year.

Finally got asked to do a 6 day candidate assessment seminar a couple weeks ago which is the last step. I was told I'm now in their pool of teachers and may be contacted when there's a need.

Not to burst your hopes but I bet corona will be over before hearing.
