I've been reading up a lot on Constantine the Great lately. He's probably an unpopular pick around here because of the whole Nicene Creed thing and the fact that he ruled a century after Rome's prime. That said, the guy did incredible things for Rome. In his 25 year reign he almost brought Rome back from a century of instability.

That being said I'm still going with Trajan. He brought Rome to its very height
