Osaka was unique in that they had a pretty sizable menu for sit down Japanese. The owners were Taiwanese but had purchased from some Japanese and maintained the menu. It was time for the owners to retire; they'd been at it for many years. Osaka was often open on major holidays, including Christmas or Thanksgiving. The owners are very hard working people
