Our company is "waiting to see" what other local businesses are going to do
But there's the likelihood that WFH will become a permanent option for the majority of our employees or a stuttered process where you can WFH 2-3 days a week and go into the office the other days. Changing up desks, seating arrangements etc. We were told July at the earliest.
