This is exactly how I feel about it too. I dont understand the love.
The place even had sickness break out twice. Theres not one sauce or dish that I've heard anyone rave about. But people love it for some reason.
My theory is that people who are starving themselves on diets or who regularly eat gross health foods go there because they can fit it into their dietary constraints. And then they love it - not because it's better than other places (which they don't go to) but because it tastes like normal food and they are not used to that.
