I'm getting Garmin vivoactive 3 music. Can do spotify playlists.

Less expensive watch but pretty highly rated. Fitbit has no options for spotify playback. Hard to believe

Samsung Gear Fit2 has been good for me. Simple watch without some of the bells

So you can get anything that's in the Play Store, as long as there's a watch version. It's got Golf GPS Rangefinder.
