In the airline business, a "LEO" is any law enforcement officer: police, FBI,...
federal Air Marshall, etc. If they are in law enforcement and they are carrying a weapon on board, we need to know. Even if they are not carrying a gun, I'd like to know they're on board so we can use them as an asset to stop trouble after we push back from the gate if needed.
