I did wear a suit to the online interview. The HR person said, "Wow, did you put on a suit just for me?", and then smiled. So it was probably a good thing.

This was the fourth interview, and I was hoping they'd make an offer, but we just talked about benefits. It went very well. The follow up email said they would be in contact by the end of the week. Hopefully it will work out, as it seems like a good fit.

Also, someone asked what I wore to the other interviews. Two were by phone, and one was a video conference. I didn't know that one was going to be a video conference until 5 minutes before the interview. So I just had on a normal polo shirt.
