1. You can find someone to do it (most finishers are too busy right now), and
2. You can schedule the concrete (cement Co's are practically going 24/7 now), and
3. You do the prep,
Figure about $3000 at $160/ yd.
I would normally say that it will slow down a little in the fall, but it is a crazy time. I could be a little low. Doing my own work these days.
