Really. Here is your quote "but the issue I keep pointing to — that you keep
neglecting — is what sort of underclassmen in HS in the 6'4 range have the ball handling & shooting he had?

Hardly anyone.

You'll see 6'4+ kids w/ those skills as Jrs & Srs, but 6'4+ Soph & Frosh (in HS) are almost always paint roamers (if not stiffs on top of it). This of course gets at the heart of why Caleb is toying with 4 stars as a recruit."

I just sent you the list of kids that just completed their Freshman year of high school. 17 out of the 25 are 6'4" and taller and you said there is hardly anyone that has the skill set that Lohner had at that age including Lohner's great ball handling which I still haven't seen. I'm sure if you looked up every player on this list a majority of them will show that they can shoot and handle the ball.

Since I'm in AZ how about you watch highlights from Omaha Bielew the #4 recruit and is very similar to Lohner as a Freshman (6'7" 210 lbs). His videos show ball handling, playing from the wing, and creating his own shot. I do not see that in Lohner's game right now, but you continue to stress he is so great at it from watching (3-4) year old youtube videos in Texas that do not show that as part of his game. Nor do his games at Wasatch for that matter IMO.

Can Lohner develop it, absolutely, and that is why he changed to BYU. This staff will help develop him. I used to play with his Dad and I'm totally rooting for the guy to be the next "Larry Bird" that can't dunk on someone. Right now he is a spot up shooter and if he has a lane to the basket off of a pass he will dunk it on someone.

That is what his videos show, not what you keep saying about his game. To say that no one else has his skill set at that size and age is just silly.
