I'm not sure how it works at their new Herriman location... but when they were in Bluffdale you could ask to see the 'scratch & dent' hot tubs days before the sale would happen. We were able to get the one we wanted before it actually got cleaned up and put on 'sale'.

We bought one that had the tub crack after it was delivered to the people that originally ordered it. Bullfrog gave them a new replacement hot tub and repaired the crack on the old one. We paid $3.5k for the cracked one, the people that ordered the tub paid ~$12k.. We both got the same warrantee... you can see the repair line on ours, but IMHO its worth the savings 🙂

Even if you don't go cheap as we did... Bullfrogs seem to last longer and are easier to repair. The 'jet packs' actually make the plumbing less complicated.
