My friend had a YZ450F and I had a KX250. We'd race (flat our drag race) and
I'd beat him in gears 1-4 and he'd beat me 4-5 (-ish)...
We'd trade bikes then run again. Same result. He'd out climb me in the hills, but I'd take him on tight tracks and quick jumps. Both styles of bikes are super fun and each has their place. It's just what you prefer and what your main levels of riding are.
