Takes 45 min. to fall asleep, wake up 3-5 times a night, get about 5-6 hours of good sleep a night. I can count on one
hand the number of times I've slept through the night, where when I woke up I thought to myself, "Wait, I just went to bed like 10 minutes ago...I didn't wake up once!" They were all on my mission. Also, on my mission is the only time I fell asleep in under 10 minutes. I always take at least 20, but mostly 30 or more, and on some nights it takes well over an hour to fall asleep. It's largely due to my AD/HD. I wonder how much different (better?) I'd feel if I was regularly falling asleep quickly after going to bed and actually sleeping through the night.
