There is chance of a vaccine by the time CBB starts up.

My opinion is worst-case that CBB cancels the non-conference portion of their schedules but they still continue with conference play and still have an NCAA tournament. Kind of difficult to determine relative seeds for NCAA tournament with no games between conferences, though, but they'd make do if it came to that.
