I like KC, a lot. But this kind of stuff is pretty lame.

There is no quick fix or "get rich quick scheme" in regards to health and I feel like he (as well as MANY others) try and sell IF, smoothies, etc. as some easy fix to get you the body you've always wanted!

I know I'll get flamed for this opinion, but I've too much experience in this space.
