His brisket is just off brand bologna he’s been hoarding and binding together with shoelaces. His pellet smoker is
just a gallon jug with pencil shavings and he uses cigarette butts for heat.
End product is probably pretty close to what you would expect from a real pellet smoker or from Dickey’s BBQ anyway
