accessed in Venezuela and then again in Spain. I immediately got a notification saying that my phone number had been changed and then a notification that my email address was changed. All of this within the space of about 15 minutes.
For being a tech company, what awful security. If the random country sign-ins weren't enough (all of my devices were connected via IPs in the US), immediately changing all contact info should set them off. Now I've been on the phone with Netflix for 45 minutes because they have no way of tracking down my accounts. They can't use my old contact info because it has been purged from their system. The agent keeps asking me (3 times now) to sign into my account and provide them a user code...I DON'T FRIGGIN HAVE A WAY TO SIGN IN BECAUSE I WAS LOGGED OUT OF ALL MY DEVICES! Unreal.
