My problem with Mike and all his groupies is the hypocrisy. So many act like he was a good guy only killing those needed to be killed. Like, what the heck does that even mean? He was a thug. He murdered people. He hated Walter because Walter bested him. Season 3 and 4 are the best seasons of any show. Season 5, first half was the worst. Snooze fest.

Walter was cool with Mike. He respected him. It all changed the day Mike tried offing Walter. After that Mike was a total d to Walter. Mike and Gus created the mess that led to their demise. Poetic!
