Illinois will limit capacity to 12,000 (stadium seats 60,000).
This is the likely model most schools will adopt - 20%-40% of capacity which limits attendance to season ticket holders.
In cases where the number of season ticket holders exceeds capacity, only the top revenue-producing patrons will get in and they likely won’t be in their usual seats.
