So majority of vaccines on the majority of people is safe. Does far more good than bad. However there are injuries that occur due to vaccinations. Some children do regress or are otherwise injured. Does that mean we don't take them? No of course we do. But things aren't 100% on 100% of the people. In some cases have vaccines hurt the brain. Yes. Especially when fevers are present. In some cases could that be presented as autism? I know enough to say I don't know.
