awesome because I’m a huge fan of survival shows. Real ones, not the soap opera ones they have on nbc or whatever.

So I flipped to it one night, and watched some dude crying for about 5 minutes and moved on. Didn’t want to watch a survival show with some whiny baby crying the whole time.

That was probably season 1 or 2, and I would have never gotten back into the show except for the people on this board saying it was a great show. So I tried it again for the first time in six or seven years and it is great. But watching season one I can tell why I thought it was lame when it first came out.
