Utah (not counting college years) were my great grandparents who left in the 1800s. It was crazy for him to get a rental btw. One lady he offered to prepay the entire year and was still turned down. Luckily he found a house down the street from his SIL and only got it because he offered $100 more per month than advertised. All you guys who own rentals must be killing it.
