At 5'10", I could grab the rim with both hands off one step, could get my hand
8-9" above the rim on a run jumping off one foot, and the only way I could dunk a full size BB was if I sprayed Stick Em on my hands so I could palm the basketball. I couldn't two hand dunk it.
