I sometimes do a video meeting with my team just to promote conversation and interaction, and everyone is in t-shirts

other than that, I've been in one total video meeting (and I probably average 6-8 meetings per day). For whatever reason we just don't do them much.

I don’t even pretend with my shirt. Wear a t-shirt or hoodie. Usually a hat too.
