I believe the OP is Johnny Linehan, former BYU punter, who has always made jokes about punters not getting enough screen time or enough focus.

I do not speak for JL31; but I would assume that he recognizes special teams are a smaller but sadly overlooked piece of the pie that makes a good football team. Plus his running gag for years has been that he thinks punting is the best part of the game of football. Again, this post has very little to do with the $4.19.
