What do they mean with the new health guidelines? Cases are still going up and are higher than when they shut everyone out of LES...so why are they letting people in when the numbers continue to rise and hospitals are reaching capacity?

Are they basically saying, “Yeah, we realized it was dumb to not have ANY fans...so, umm, sorry about that.”
